Got it delivered on Saturday but was busy in preparation for the London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday so only took a couple of shots to make sure it worked. I won't go into the details but I took a nasty fall during the ride and can barely walk or lift my camera - let alone with that lens on. I'm off work for a week while I heal and just want to be able to use it. This Morning is getting mighty boring :(

No reason for the post really just feeling glum and wanted to share.
 
Well I can add that you will be very pleased with it when you finally get out using it...:)

Got mine 3 weeks ago and really like its durability..:love:

I'm going to be in Harrow on Thursday, I could take it out for some exercise if you want :)
 
lol @ mrgubby, that beast is going nowhere without me. If I was mobile though taking some shots on the Hill would have been fun. I think my injuries might frighten the kids from Harrow School though.
 
Sorry to hear about your fall :( It must be so frustrating having that gorgeous lens and not being able to use it :bonk:
 
Comiserations, at least the lens will still be in peak condition when you are again.
