Can't run You tube

You tube will not work for me, all I get is a static picture:shrug:, my speed is ok, I was watching it earlier on ok.

Any ideas as to what is going on

Its normally slow or static when there are lots of users trying to view the same thing so its probably not your connection so dont worry
