Can't move some folders in lightroom. Please help

I cant drag and drop some folders in lightroom. I've finally got around to sorting out all my folders into separate genres, most are just in folders of a shoot. Some folders are moving fine, others arent. Nothing happens! I dont even get the confirm move box. Please help
 
Perhaps if you detailed:-

Mac or PC?
Which operating system?

Then all being well folk with experience of the above might be able to throw some light on the issue.

Good point. PC, windows 10, LR CC.
I'm dragging one folder into another and it works fine, but I try another and nothing happens. I've repeated many times but some folders just will not move.

The only thing I can think to do at the moment is make a new folder in the destination folder and see if I can move the photos, rather than the whole folder.

They are all on the same drive going to the same drive. However, I've tried again today and it seems to be working, very strange. All I can think is I canceled some moves due to releasing the button over the wrong folder. I wonder if it's those canceled ones that wouldn't move.
