Has anyone experienced playback issues with the Canon R5 of 4k videos. I have the current firmware and last night recorded a few videos some in normal mode from the red button, some in movie mode via the red button.
The "normal" video was 48 seconds long and 165mb and played back fine.
The 4k video was 76 seconds and 3.92gb - playback stopped after about 20 seconds. In a movie playback software on my PC it played back fine.
Frustrating as I wanted to pull some stills from the 4k video.
Meanwhile does anyone know of any software which can grab stills but at a similar rate of about I think 14mb which are obtained from the camera.
