Hi, no hair left to pull out!!!
My printer was working as should up until couple days ago.
I keep getting error 1062 paper mismatch although paper size set in L/R and on printer the same.
I have tried reset to factory on the printer, deleted the printer and reinstalled making sure I have correct driver installed on my MAC.
Printer I no is on the Wi-Fi (has to be as in different room)because when I send image it comes up with the 1062 error but when I go into the IJ utility it does not see the printer.
I tried printing from P/S with same result.
Followed instructions on the Canon website also.
Any advice please,
Russ.

None too sure but I have repeatedly read that with Mac you need to be 100% sure you are using the full driver I.e. not the Airprint driver as that is fraught with issues!

Def not the airprint driver

I wonder can a mechanical issue trigger that error code i.e. is the printer correctly identifying the loaded paper?

Set everything same on printer as computer, it is a fairly new printer, given up today will look again tomorrow. Thanks for reply.

I hope that you resolve (with Canon?) to your satisfaction.

I always print using the Canon Professional Software. Just wondering if you are getting the same error with this

Hi, I think I have it sorted, deleted everything and re-downloaded driver along with setup so fingers crossed. As far as the CPS I have tried it but another problem there is getting even borders round an image, in Lightroom I can set equal 1/2" for A4 and 1" for A3 paper all round, cannot see how to do this inside the CPP. Thank you for the advice, Russ.

Glad you got it sorted - with regard to fixed border size it's not something I've tried in CPP as I tend to crop the image and then let the border sizes float by eye when I print.
