I'm trying to print an 8x10 black and white print on an A3 sheet of paper but I'm getting a single white like appearing across the print every time. I have cleaned and checked the print heads but the line is always in exactly the same place even when I move the image to another place on the sheet.

I'm using the XPS driver, black and white option ticket, brightness- light.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Exactly the same place on the image?
Or exactly the same place on the paper?

That's quite an important difference.

Exactly the same place on the image. As I said, I've move the image on the paper and it remains the same.

I have just updated the driver to the new version so will see if that fixes it shortly.

If it's only this image I would be having a close look at the image

EDIT: rather than the paper

Corrupt image file.
It only does it when A3 is selected and there are definitely no issues with the image on screen. I've updated the driver but no luck.

Just to let you know I have managed to print it in the end by using the standard driver which worked fine but I could really do with getting my head around the issue as I usually use the XPS driver.
