Canon PIXMA PRO-10 !

Hi,
I've been offered this printer for £400 - lightly used (less than 80 prints) - still on its first cartridges...
Is it worth it>>?

I've been using it for the last couple of weeks (it's from a mate of mine) & am happy with the quality but is there better at that price range... ?

A bit overpriced,their are some deal out their that give you this printer for New + a new set of inks for around £540
