Has anyone bought anything from here before? Usually they sell refurbished stuff and I was wondering how good the quality would be?
 
I bought two all in one printer/scanners. Both boxes and the instruction packs had been resealed but the printers were still in all the original packaging and both had two new print cartridges included. rrp £60 I got both for £35. They are still working perfectly so I can't complain.

bought a 20D and printer very cheap both new in box with 1 year guarantee and couldn't fault the service.:thumbs:

I am pretty sure that it is Canon themselves that run the ebay site and as they sell the gear in the uk with a uk receipt you might be able to use the vouchers, probably worth checking the terms etc first.
 
Have asked the seller these question few mins ago. As soon as I know tpf will know too.
 
It's not Canon, it's a clearing house of some sort. I got a printer from them at a bargain price and it turned out to be faulty. Rather than asking for a refund (they don't do replacements) I just sent it back to Canon who fixed it no problem :)
 
its a company called Digital River if i remember correctly.

As said in this thread if your gear is faulty either you send it to canon for repair or get a refund, I bought a digital camera from them for a friend and sent it to fixation for a check over (under warranty) and they sorted out a focus issue.

my experience was very good.
