That makes sense them making adjustments to lens and tc as in the future if I bought another camera body I wouldn't need to take it back again for checking

You might, as per previous post, just depends if both bodies are out by the same amount. Not sure what happens if you take 2 bodies in, I guess they adjust lens to match both bodies as near as perfect then adjust bodies to get them both perfect but if you only have 1 body they just adjust the lens?

Thanks Matt I'm not likely to be getting another camera body in the near future anyway really happy with this body and lens combination
