Canon flash with built-in optical slave

The first canon flash to incorporate optical slave

Just finished modding a 540EZ.
Included a 2.5mm mono jack and an optical slave with toggle switch.

The toggle is for switching the flash to "optical mode" or normal mode.

Though why wouldn't you just fit a hotshoe PC cord to link to your Cactus triggers?
