Canon extender ef 2x Iii

Anyone use one?

Thinking if buying one to use with my 70-200 2.8L mk2.

Love to here your thoughts on this bit of kit.

I'd like to hear peoples views on this too, though I have the 70-200 2.8L IS mkI.

My 300 f4 doesn't get used much because I like to travel light, it's quite an expensive paperweight . . .

Dav, I can only advise using one on a MK1 70-200 f2.8 but I am very pleased with the results from limited use. Buy me a coffee and you can have a go with mine and see what you think for yourself.

You can compare both Mk2 and Mk3 extenders with that lens on the-digital-picture.com. Mk3 is a smidge sharper, makes a very nice combo

I use that combo; given my poor skills it seems a very good match.
