Canon EOS1000D LiveView No Autofocus

HI all,
I'm not able to use the autofocus with my EOS1000D while I'm using the LiveView. :bang:

Is there any particular set up ? Any idea ?

You have to press the exposure lock button in live view on the 1000D to autofocus in live view. There is a good youtube video on the 1000D here, the live view part starts around 3:15 in.
