Hi so im stuck with which to choose if anyone can help me make my mind up.
I currently have a Canon and have a few good lenses, if I changed to Sony the Canon lenses would be no good with them?

Sony lenes are more expensive from what i see, but which camera is best? No internal flash on the Sony and It can not shoot 4k video also.

What your advice?
Thanks

As you already have some 'good' Canon lenses, you'll save yourself a lot of cash by going for the M50. I'm not familiar with Sony gear so I can't comment on what one would offer over the other but the M50ii is a very capable camera, with a nice sensor. One advantage the Sony has is that it's full frame, as oppossed to the crop sensor in the M50.

You will need an adapter if your current lenses are EF mount to be able to use them on the M50 but the join is seamless and you won't notice it.

There are adapters available to allow you to use Canon glass on Sony cameras but there will be caveats, usally a loss in AF performance, although it can be made to work.
If you were starting from scratch, with no lenses, I'd say go for the Sony but as you're bought in to the Canon system, then I'd probably go for the M50, unless you want to run 2 systems, which is when it gets really expensive.

All that said, a lot of it is down to what you want out of a camera.

If your canon lenses are full frame then you can use them with the sigma MC11 adapter with Sony.

What do you photograph and what do you want the camera to do for you?

I thought the M50 mk11 and M6 mk11 would both do 4K video but I could be wrong, if video is important it is probably worth confirming it either way.
As a long time Canon user I am very happy with my M6 mk11, it is just the limited wide angle lens availability of the APS C sensor that I feel limits the system.
