Dear Canon EOS M owners,

I'm considering a purchase of a Canon EOS M as a pocket camera to back up my DSLRs (and general snapshots).

I have a query about the low light performance of the EOS M, mainly for video work, i.e. shutter speed 1/50th and f2 if using the pancake lens.

I'm very used to the 5D mk2 and have recently added a mk3 for low-light work.

I appreciate you cannot compare the EOS M with either of these two cameras, but I would like to hear some user thoughts on recording low light video.

I'm not interested in AF as will likely add some fast primes, but the low light performance is an important requirement.

Many thanks in advance for your response(s).
