Stunning service again from Canon Elstree.
Posted my 50D off last week, they supplied the postage paid label, received a call next day to say they had received it.
Fixed price repair as the shutter was locking up Err 33 (or was it Err30)
(£156 includes vat and postage/courier both ways)
They called/mailed me today to tell me it was fixed, I am a CPS member but its not covered by CPS anymore, total fix time about 3 days, and received a text about 30 mins after telling me its with UPS for delivery tomorrow.
As always an absolutely first class service.
