Hey I have Canon EF400mm 1:2.8 L and it won't focus manually or automatically is this a common fault?
Also where can I get it fixed in Sussex area or close to Sussex

Any help would be great
 
gonna be a drive, but it'll want to go to canon elstree...
 
It's not a common fault. Did it ever focus manually or automatically? If so, what has changed or happened since then?

Your nearest authorised Canon repair centre is Canon itself at Elstree. The only others are Colchester Cameras, H Lehmann in Stoke, ad A J Johnstone in Glasgow.
