I purchased a new canon 85 F1.8 yesterday, and i noticed that the manual focusing ring is slightly loose and rattles, it actually focuses smooth when turned though, its just the ring that is slack, my old 50mm f1.8 mk1 focusing ring is a lot better fit with no slack in it, I am going to return it to the shop tomorrow and compare with another one. Has anyone else experienced this with there Canon 85 f1.8 lens. Many Thanks.
