Can someone with a 24-70 2.8 L measure the length of the lens when at its shortest with and without the hood please?

Hi blackvault, the sizes are 145mm and 200mm inc end cap.

It's my favorite lens in the whole wide world and I can't wait to get my stolen one replaced. You will love it......but I had to get a new bag to fit it in!! It's a bit heavy, but you soon get used to that. the hood id HUGE!!
