Has anyone had any experience with his lens? It seems rather cheap and I need a decent wide angle lens that will focus fast and not too bad with regards CA. Was thinking to buy one due to low cost.
 
I've been eyeing this up to - shall be watching with interest :)
 
There are mixed reviews on other forums, its seems to be whether or not you get a good sample. Off putting that.
 
yeah - but i've seen that so many times regarding SIGMA lenses and never had a bad copy, or know someone personally that has.

part of the issue with massive wide angles is that what people think are soft images are not - you have so much of the world in your viewfinder that you'll need F/1,000,001 to keep it all sharp ;)
