canon dpp problems

hi i have been useing canon dpp for a few weeks now but yesterday it started playing up i pick a raw file do a couple of bits to the image then i click on file then click convert and save it starts the process with the little green line getting longer and longer but it just stop half inch from the end anyhow after an hour i knocked off tried again with no joy .my lad says take it of the laptop and reinstall yeah that sounds good uninstalled it put the disk in and its comming up as a blank disk.so i thought download it from the canon site so icked the camera model it says theres 28 updates available but... Sorry, we were not able to find any downloads that match your search criteria...

so now i have no canon dpp anybody know whats going on ive scanned my laptop its running fine i just dont understand whats happened

Sounds as though you have a corrupt Disk
Do you have a Canon 6D? I just checked the Canon site and got a similar response. Try downloading DPP from the 5Dmk3 and see if this runs with the 6D.

I've found a ink to the US support site that has the latest solutions disk available for download.

Tip If you need downloads and the UK or European sites don't have it try the US, or even Australia. It's amazing the difference
