Canon Cashback...

Bought my camera a few months back and signed up for the cashback scheme but have heard nothing back from them, I'm sure they quoted 6-8 weeks for contact but its been longer then that.

Looked on Canon's website and its not giving me a suitable email address to contact them by?

Any idea's on what i can do?

I got cashback on my 24-105mm F.4 L IS USM lens really quickly, and even got an email confirming they had recieved my cashback form...

let me see if i still have the email..

just checked my cashback email, unfortunally its a no-reply address..

but i submitted mine online and printed it all off and sent the barcode label into canon...

They used to post a graph on their website about turnarounds in each of the different countries they offered cashback, not sure if they still do it but that is a long time to wait. Did you send the letter recorded? You could always write to the address chasing up the issue.

Check out the link or use the telephone number, it has been known to take awhile. Did you get an email confirming your application that you sent with the barcode and details attached. Hopefully you made a copy?

Check out website... you have to send a printed application form and cut out the original barcode from the box you bought the item from to their promotions address, they will then match it up with the online application and hey presso cashback.

2. Make a photocopy of your receipt or cash register receipt.
3. Cut out the original barcode that you will find on the product box or boxes.
4. Fill in the application form, which you can find by Pressing “Next”.
5. Print the form off and then send it together with the copy of the receipt and the original barcode to Promoter:

P.O. Box TP 34, Dept. # 084411,
Tipperary,
Ireland.

6. Canon will reimburse you the stated amount either by cheque or directly to your bank account.
