Canon Cashback question

I dont know where to put this...

With the canon cashback am i suppose to cut out the serial number out of the box and send that in with the form and receipt? As I dont see any mention of it on the form.. It just say write everything down and attach receipt

I peeled the sticker off the camera box when I sent mine in, along with a photocopy of the receipt.

I assume this is for your new 40D...?

You don't have to send the barcode anymore. Just fill out the printed form and include the original reciept (Jessops had printed me a duplicate reciept so I sent that but they send it back to you with your cheque anyway). I got my 40D cashback cheque about a week ago. It took them about 3 weeks to process.
