Canon BP-511A Battery

Hi guys,

Got a 40D now need some batteries. I've seen the following and wanted to know how they compare:

Are there any better ones? I've seen a few 2500mah from eBay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TWO-Battery-f...rElectronics_Batteries_SM?hash=item3ca86b5f72)

Would these batteries work fine with my standard charger?

I use the batteries from 7 day shop, and they are much better than the Canon ones. They will work with your charger and the charge also seems to last much longer. Great value.

ive got the 7 day ones, much better than canon.

personally ive had bad experience of ebay batts having short life.

Thanks to all for the info, I have only had one battery for a long time and just know that I am gonna learn the hard way. The 7day battery looks a reasonable price so time to get sorted

7day shop batteries are great i have bought lots and never had a bad one, cheap as chips and just as good as originals
