I've changed a setting on my 7D and can't work out which one

The buttons on the top by the small LCD screen used to activate the rear LCD screen for me to change settings as well

This doesn't happen any more, can someone tell me what I have done!

If all else fails, go to Clear Settings in the menus, which resets to factory defaults. Then start again.
