I need a second body now that I have had to give my loaner 1Dx back to my brother.

Haven't got enough cash at the moment to get a second 1D4 or a 7D2 (yes I know it's not here yet - blah blah) , so I decided I'd get a 70D for now.

Anyway enough rambling stuff.

Here are some test images to see how the AIServo copes with some fast moving animals..

On a serious note I have connected it my laptop via WiFi to see how well it works. Rubbish is the answer.

Using EOSUtility when you download any images you can't take any photos. So what I will need to test is how it would work as a remote. i.e. a goal scored, choose a few images and download them. It is the distance that concerns me. At 50ft it is really really slow, so I suspect that it will only be a goer if I am much nearer to the camera.

More testing to take place.

What about medium jpeg rather than large. Does it make much difference in quality/time to download?

I have always keep it at high jpeg so as not to lose any quality. I will try it out.

Haha Gary that made me chuckle. It sure is.

Not mine in hasten to add as I only keep pretty pussies I'm my house...

On a serious note in a few weeks I will finally be up north so I can pop the 400 on the camera and do the wonderful Canon MA!!!!

Certainly going to be interesting to see how it copes under stadium lighting.

The autofocus has done a bang up job on that tortoise. Always a tricky subject to track IMHO.

Haha Alvie good one :)
