Twp questions if you will.
The lens has been well looked after, always stored vertically when not on camera and mostly in a peli case horizontal when on camera.
I noticed today there is a fraction of movement between body and camera. Like a little lose, in fact so small you may not notice, maybe talking less than 0.5mm even 0.2mm or less. Is this normal?
Also when in the peli case, even tho I have cut the bottom foam to the lowest part before there is no blocks of sponge left, the top part of camera body still pokes up, I am wondering if this is ok, as to not put a weird pressure on the lens connection area.. The 70-200 lens tripod mount I have to twist so the foot is sideways, so the lens sits nicely undet the foam...
Am I worrying too much? I know these lenses and bodies are tough, I just like to maximise my limetime with things. I sold the box to the 70-200 for £10 on ebay as I knew I would never not want that lens.
