Canon 5d mkii - can't activate live view after firmware update!

Hi all, I upgraded my 2nd 5dmkii body from 2.0.9 to 2.1.1 and now I can't activate the liveview in any mode. im a videographer so this is essential for me. I've tried reinstalling 2.1.1 but same outcome.

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you tried re-setting up live mode shooting in the menus. Page108 in the manual refers.

Yeah same happened to me, you need to re-enable it in the menu, default is live view stills, needs to be live view + video.
