Beginner Canon 50e and a strange noise inside when i tilt on axis

hello :)

as i wrote on the other discussion i have solved issue with that camera and his battery grip that let power off the camera during pictures.

Anyway i want to ask a question the be clear if the noise that i listen when i move the camera on the axis is normal or not.

the sound is different from the tilt fron/back and when you tilt right/left side.

with headphones you can hear it clearly from that video i have made:

As you switch from landscape to portrait? I can't recall what the mechanics are for but yes, it does it.
 
Sorry, I can't hear anything. With headphones, volume turned up, and I went to another YouTube video straight after and could hear perfectly.,
