Canon 50d High ISO expansion not available.

Hello all, I cant recall exactly when this happened or anything that may have prompted it; but 3200 is now the maximum my 50d can go to. Under Custom Function 1.3, ISO expansion is ON yet H1 or H2 are not available - this is on all modes, manual etc. I'm now starting to doubt if they were ever there! Has anyone experienced this problem with their Canon and advise of a fix if possible please? Thankyou in advance.

If you have C.Fn II-3 set to 1 (enable) on the "highlight tone priority" then the ISO can only be set between 200-3200
