i have looked in the instruction manual and cant find anything on this:

I have put my new camera's battery on charge, and was wondering;

When i put it on the light was red, what happens after that when the battery is fully charged and ready to use?

Does the light go out?
Change colour? etc.etc.

IIRC, the light goes green when fully charged...should be in the instruction manual
 
thanks guys, just in case i left it on all night, and it cooked the battery1

How long does it normally need?
