Canon 1D MarkIII – Shutter release sounds like a tuning fork!

I already have a 1D MK3 and this camera has a very reassuring sounding shutter release. I have now picked up another 1D MK3 and although the camera is working perfectly well, there is a definite ringing sound with each shutter release. Has anyone come across this before? The newer purchase is a very late model so after all the fixes etc.

Any opinions welcome :)
 
Thanks Mr. Fish, yes I might well send it off to be checked but I didn't want to go to the trouble if its a common feature on later models.
