Canon 10D or 350D

I am buying a camera as a present for my uncle who uses Canon film cameras and lenses... I believe the lenses will still work on a 350D or 10D, am I right?

If so, which camera do you think is the better camera?

10D doesnt take EF-S lenses does it?

^^^^ That's right. The 10D is a great camera (want to buy mine? ) but it doesn't have an EF-S mount. For super-wide you're OK with Sigma/Tamron/Tokina but not the Canon 10-22 or any other EF-S lenses.

i use 2 10d's and a 300d - love them

10d is more rugged - but it's a personal choice

350d is a lot smaller is size than 10d and 300d

A1 takes the FD fit - and will not fit the EOS cameras

That's true.

Of the 350D and the 10D I'd go for the 10 to be honest, a bit older but solid compared with the 350D and a better size IMO.
