canon 100mm L IS macro cheapest price

I intend to upgrade from non-L, and being on a fairly tight budget I can't afford the premium of high street retailers.

Panamoz has one for £569 + delivery, and a decent offer on filters.

Do any others (UK) based get close with cashback?

I've been looking on ebay for ages, and to be fair, I won't spend £600 for a used one, no chance.


Another alternative - get rid of pretty much all my teles and get 70-200 II 2.8 but where does that leave me with macro? I know I'll need mkII sooner or later. Panamoz just over £1400 - any better than that? (that's a lot of money going to HK by paypal!)

http://www.camerapricebuster.co.uk/ has all of the usual suspects on it who stock UK stock. From what I understand as Kerso gives a VAT receipt you can get cashback on his lenses too. Might be woth checking with him and looking at his website.

When I posted it did look the cheapest, even taking into account kerso lenses being eligible for cashback.
