It's not a bad price, but you have incorrect info in the title, it doesn't include the STM kit lens.

Without the 40mm, the STM kit is £490 at Amazon. I suppose if a buyer wants a 40mm and doesn't mind getting the older non-IS version of the original IS lens it's not a bad call.
You can get a similar kit without the 40mm but with a spare LP-E12 battery at Currys for £439 (also eligible for the £40 cash back).
