canon 100-400 lens

Hi, I've been looking at the canon 100-400 l lens on amazon and I was wondering what ( apart from £600 ) what is the difference between the Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS USM and the Canon 100 - 400 mm / F 4,5 - 5,6 EF L IS USM Lens .

No difference (other than dots and commas ), I would suggest one is second hand? And one is overpriced.

Can you post the amazon links here because AFAIK there is only one lens of this designation. (EF 100mm-400mm F4.5-F5.6L IS).

They are the same, one is just overpriced...

There is a Mk II (f/4 to f/5.6) version on the horizon, but will probably cost a lot more...not available yet.

Same lens, both new, second is overpriced massively.
First is more of the 'standard' new price.

Hmmm...I think I'd prefer to buy the one from Amazon and not "Happiness At Home"...

It is the same lens, there is only 1 canon lens available in that focal length at the moment.
