I'm wanting to cancel my Adobe Photography plan which is the annual subscription pay monthly plan, when I go to cancel online they say I will have to pay £9.98 which is a monthly fee ( it was more last month so comes down each month).
I can't find any info on when my plan is due to roll over to another year though, It seems I started the plan in Nov 2019 so I thought after I paid this months direct debit which they have taken I should be able to cancel with no fee but it's not the case. I've tried to go online chat but gave up.
I'm thinking of just cancelling and paying the £9.98 and then I'm done as if I wait another month it might start off another years subscription and I'll have to pay a fortune to cancel or it might say I can cancel with no fee.
Has anyone been through this?
