Can you get free webspace for personal use

Hi, Since talktalk took over from tiscali & messed up my free webspace, I can no longer access it because it won't allow me to log in, I reported it about 6 months ago, & keep getting standard replies whilst they don't do anything, last email 20th Dec telling me it's been escalated to the highest priority, but still nobody's been intouch.
Is there anywhere I can get free web space for personal use, failing that can anyone recommend cheap webspace.

Hi Keven, i use http://www.one.com/en/ free domain, (not .co.uk or .com) free hosting, just pay £9 for set up fee, this is for basic 3GB storage and unlimited transfer

Ive never had any downtime or any problems

Yes there is a site available in the Internet in which you can make your on profile and the site and every day they will provide the free points for the free space and you can use it for your own usability.
 
I set up a site on 000webhost.com yesterday and I am using my 1and1 domain (well a subdomain) to point to it. It's free, has enough features for what I need and I can "go pro" if needed.

Not done anything with it yet as I ran out of time last night but I will be creating a new WordPress site on it as time allows to replace my current Blogger page.

If nothing else it should serve as a reasonable test server while I develop the page.
