No. MFT image circle is designed smaller than would be required for APS-C cameras. MFT lenses might step down if there were a smaller ILC format, but not up. Also flange distance (distance between mount and sensor) will be smaller on MFT than larger formats, requiring a lens in the adapter.
An adapter might be created for the Nikon 1" sensor cameras (now obsolete AFAIK) but since things like aperture control is normally electronic, possibly focussing too, then they smply wouldn't work without a complex and expensive adapter.
