Can someone help with a trigger sync problem?

Hi everyone

I have started having a problem with my studio lighting, typically just as I am about to do a few shoots and wondered if anyone may have any suggestions?

I purchased the Interfit Ex400 Ti 2 Head kit with the incorporated Interfit wireless trigger about 6 months ago. For the last couple of days the interfit wireless trigger on top of the camera has loses sync with the heads after a while when pressing the shutter button down. The only way to connect them again is to press the flash test button on top of the trigger and it then works again. However after a few shots it stops again. The battery is not the problem as I have tried a few different new batteries. The wireless trigger is also securely attached to the camera.

Any ideas what may cause this before I contact Interfit? Thanks in advance

I'd contact interfit's support dept really, if the battery isn't an issue and the head is within range of the trigger there's little else you can do.
