Yes
I've recently bought a new softbox for the studio for the first time in years. It's great except it has a different colour temperature to my other lights now. My old softboxes are now a lot warmer than the new ones. I'm struggling to find a replacement front diffuser for my fill light (a rectangle 100cm x80cm Bowen softbox). Really don't want to have to replace all of the softboxes.
Can they be bleached back to white?

I’d suggest the easiest solution is new front diffusers for your old softboxes, but Garry will be along to give proper advice shortly.
Alternatively a very light blue dye to the diffusers or inside the softbox / a gel maybe.

Or… gel the new one to match the old (1/4 CTO)

Either way, as you have probably realised, you want them all the same colour, no matter what that colour is, because the alternative is a PITA.

You may be able to get replacement front diffusers from the actual manufacturer, https://www.plumelimited.com but, if available, they are unlikely to be cheap.

My own bodge is to spray a tiny amount of very light blue car paint on to the inside of the softbox walls, this can solve the problem completely. But, take it very gently, use a tiny amount, test, add a bit more and so on. It's a bit like cutting wood, if you cut too long you can always cut another bit off later . . .
