Can i somehow add 'skin' to this?

This is a photo I took recently (on holiday... without the dlsr- sad times!) withq compact camera but unfortunately my friend's nose is blown out. I was wondering if theres a way I could like, add some skin to it if you know what i mean, but so that it doesn't look out of place!

Any tips or demonstrations would be awesome
But i understand it may be a silly request, impossible!

Thanks but it could be better with time.

1. Open image in photoshop.

2. Duplicate layer.

3. On the duplicate layer use the burn tool set for highlights at 19% and paint the blown areas so it darkens.

4. Duplicate this layer.

5. Using the patch tool to copy skin from the cheek area onto the nose area. Make sure you cover the edges well. A few moves should see it covered pretty evenly.

6. Flatten and save.

I am sure there maybe a quicker way but this works.
