Can anything be done to the sky

Hi, as the title ask's can anything be done to the sky in this pic ?

Replaced! Its totally blown out so no detail can be saved but because it's completely white it should be easy enough to replace, you will have to remember to match the motion blur up with the foreground though

1. Find a sky
2. Drag it on top of the car pic
3. Play with layer blending modes
4. Make a new layer mask
5. Paint with a black brush over the bits the need erasing (the foreground and car, the correct blending mode should get you somewhere near, sorry can't remember which I used but if you try them all then you will find it)
6. Add some motion blur to the top layer (sky)
7. Make sure the colour balance is correct so it looks natural

I have just noticed that there are some black lines on the side of the car, these were not there until I resized them in Irvan veiw.Tried it again and the same thing hppened any suggestions ?

sky on new layer mak a mask from the blue channel
add some colour corection
