Can anyone help - having a bit of a facebook issue with sharing?

I have my business page & am quite happily posting & sharing to the groups I 'm a member of but a friend of mine cannot share my business pages posts to his business page & I cannot for the life of me figure out why? The post setting is public when I hit share, but he's tried to share every one of my posts when I put them up & never manages it

He can share the post if I've shared it to my timeline but then that's me sharing it on my personal account, rather than my business page.

Does anyone have any ideas - I've trawled help pages & googled it but I seriously can't find a solution - hoping I'm just being stupid & missing something really obvious.

Thanks in advance to anyone that may be able to help, it's driving me mad haha.

Cheers for the reply Neil. It does appear but says that the privacy settings won't let him share my posts to his page I've set the privacy to public so can't see why it wouldn't work?
