Can anyone convert 2 pictures for me

Hi,
Bit cheeky I know, but hope someone can help...

I have 2 photos which are jpgs and I need them resizing to 300 dpi, saving as CMYK colour range and also saved as Photoshop psd format and in jpg (if you can save CMYK jpgs ??? ) .

Seem to remember it involves resampling the image or something:shrug:, but I don't have CS2 anymore and the other imaging s/w I have will not convert to CMYK.

If anyone can help please PM with email addy and I'll send photos.
