I love the colours, and reminds me of the end of autumn/beginning of winter when the ground gets all icy..

mmm..i wonder..That looks very much like its just an old picture.

If it isnt though then. I am thinking Desat, sepia, selective colour and one of the old style picture plugins that come with corel

Possibly a texture overlay with transparency set to 80% or so, so you can still see the grain. I've done it in the past to good effect.

Looks like the contrast has been pushed, a bit of vignetting and a texture overlay to me.

As well as a texture overlay I'd guess a duplicated layer with a blend mode light hard light or something, and a vignette done with the lens correction filter? Wayne
