Hi has any one used this company (CameraKlean) I order some stuff over a week ago and it looks like it has not been shipped yet as they say they would let me know when my order was shipped I tryed to phone and email them to see what the hold up was however they are not answering there phone or email. They are a UK company so I thought I would be safe.
 
It's possible that they might not have the parts in stock and have ordered it from China. I think that’s pretty common these days.

He is probably working from his bedroom, cannot find any info about the company on the web. Because he is a uk business does not always guarantee that it will be a good service.
 
Give them chance to respond and keep proof of your chases

Ultimately you have a course of redress presuming you paid by credit card via your card provider and as long as the value is over £100, have you checked your card account online to see if the transaction has been charged ?

He is the son of well established Youtuber Nigel Danson, so while that in itself is no guarantee, he does come with a bit of known provenance.

I don't know to what extent Nigel is involved, but he has promoted his son's business on his channel. If all else fails, I would be tempted to try and make contact through his father.
 
Thanks for the replies he got in touch and told me non of my order was available so he has now gave me a refund.

You can chargeback a debit card as well.
