My Kodak z700, has developed a fault, It it still within the manfacturers warranty, is it easy to deal with Kodak as I would like it repaired as I was going to sell it to help fund my next camera! Anyone had dealings with Kodak?
 
i had a failure with my casio, rang them and within a few days it was collected and sorted

best thing to do is find the number for them and ring em
 
I once complained about the quality of some accessories I bought direct from the Kodak site. They responded quickly and refunded me. No dealings with service though.
 
I`ve found a number, and will ring them tomorrow!
 
Well, they are (kodak) sending UPS to pick the camera up in the next 48 hours! They did say repairs are likely to take up to 3 weeks though.
