Camera body cleaning

Morning all

Noticed some unsightly white marks on my recently purchased Canon body, which I think may be salt residue from the previous owner's sweaty mits!

Any advice on cleaning it? Tried witha some kitchen paper and a few drops of Windowlene but had no joy.

Try a slightly damp micro fibre cloth with just a drop of washing up liquid on it, dry off with another clean dry cloth. And I rather like the silicone impregnated cloths to really finish off, obviously not on the lens front element

I would think the PC cleaning kit would be good to use, the thing is to make sure there are no harmful solvents that will affect the covering. Oh and not to get it too wet.

Yeah microfibre cloth, damp with small amount of washing up liquid should do
