Camera Bean Bags

Spotted this one a forum a good while back and thought it was an absolutely awesome idea.

I've just found the link to the website again via google and it looks like their still making them.

It's basically just a bean bag to sit your camera/lens on whilst shooting stuff like wildlife etc.

Must be a lot cheaper to make one of these with a piece of material, a visit to your local supermarket for the beans or whatever is used inside these and sweet-talk someone with a sewing machine

I got a free one (A Pandoras Box) with a magazine subscription a while ago. I wasn't really sure if I would get any use out of it, but I really think its one of the best freebies ever. I found it really great for a safari I went on, where tripods or monopods would not have been easy to use. I found it made sure my camera was very sturdy all the time, and I got great results thanks to it.

It would probably be very easy to make a suitable bean bag, and save yourself a few bob! So why not give it a go?
