Camera bag linings

Does anyone know if I can buy the padded linings for a camera bag? I want to convert an old satchel of mine to make a Crumpler-like bag.
As a cost saving exericise because I've spent too much lately.
I believe Kata bags do custom sized linings.

Yep, they can be cut to size once purchased. Only problem is that they're yellow, so may look a little weird in the wrong coloured bag
